I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of a beautiful historic town. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated right in the center, just a stone's throw away from the main square. It was such a treat to be able to explore the town easily and enjoy the charming atmosphere.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which might not be convenient for those with disabilities.

We were disappointed to find that there was no hot water during our stay, meaning we couldn't take a proper shower. the lack of Wi-Fi in our room was inconvenient.

Our room lacked natural light and had a view of a wall, which made it hard to determine the weather. there was no elevator present, making it difficult to transport our luggage to our room.
